Though they could really hand out some free days incentive. Would not hurt EA too much and it's a nice gesture towards the playerbase. Blizzard did the same in the early WoW days.

Offically patch day is every Tuesday, but I think they are patching more frequently (even the weekends aren't safe :p)

In my experience the swtor client improved lately. Ok, my system upgrade gave me 30-40 fps on the fleet, (up from 8-19) but now I get consistent 60 fps in the same area.
